SaaS Leader, European Divisional VP and BD Exec Leave IBM Philip Galati Trillium Software, provider of data quality solutions, appointed IBM senior leader Philip Galati as CEO. Galati most recently served as Executive Director of SaaS Services and Customer Success for IBM. During his tenure at IBM, he was instrumental in helping to lead the business transformation of the company's SaaS business and also helped launch IBM's Smarter Commerce organization.
Prior to IBM, he was SVP at Sterling Commerce which was acquired by IBM in 2010. He also held executive positions at Dell and Ernst & Young. Digital River, the company that builds e-commerce sites for software publishers and online retailers, appointed Marco Vergani as its GM and VP of EMEA. Bhusri co-founded Workday in 2005 and served as its co-CEO from 2009 and chairman from 2012 until May of this year, when he was named sole CEO. In addition, Bhusri serves as a partner at Greylock Partners, a venture capital firm. Previously, he held a number of leadership positions at PeopleSoft, including SVP responsible for product strategy, business development and marketing, and vice chairman of the board. Before that, he was SVP of Customer Advocacy European Markets & Global Enterprise and SVP of Services for European Markets. Amit Phadnis as the new India Site Leader will lead Cisco's focus on innovation, ecosystem and talent development in the country. He was chairman and CEO of AT&T from 2002 until the completion of the AT&T and SBC Communications merger in 2005. Dorman joined AT&T as president in 2000. He began his career in the telecommunications industry at Sprint in 1981. Craig Hayman Craig Hayman is now President of its eBay Enterprise business. Hayman is a former executive from IBM where he spent the past 15 years in leadership roles.
He led the company's transformation to become a SaaS provider and was the worldwide leader for enterprise SaaS solutions targeted at CMOs, and ecommerce professionals. Hayman led IBM's acquisitions of over a dozen companies including Sterling Commerce and Coremetrics, and built a partner network that included global and regional system integrators.
Hewlett Packard's Software Division CFO Leaves; Printers and Personal Systems Division Sees Few Changes CFO for Hewlett Packard's Software division Steve Fieler has been appointed CFO of digital medicines company Proteus Digital Health. Before becoming CFO, Fieler was previously HP's VP Investor Relations and held several other leadership positions in Corporate Development and Operations at the company. Prior to HP, he was a venture capitalist at Thomas H. Lee Putnam and an executive at a mobile software start-up.
He began his career at General Electric where he held Finance roles across a variety of GE's businesses and geographies. HP has hired Stuart Pann to Head its Print and Personal Systems (PPS) unit, from Intel. Pann is replacing the job vacated by Tony Prophet who is now Corporate VP of windows marketing for Microsoft. Pann worked at Intel, most recently serving as the General Manager of Intel’s Business Management Group. Samsung Electronics America hired Matthew Smith as VP of Sales and Marketing, Printing Solutions. Prior to Samsung, Smith was responsible for channel marketing, marketing development, and communications for Print and PC for the United States and Canada at HP. Ericsson Appoints Heads of New Business Units Ericsson appointed heads of new business units, business unit Radio and business unit Cloud & IP.
The two units are formed by a split of the current business unit Networks in a move to accelerate transformation and support growth. Arun Bansal, currently Head of Ericsson's region South East Asia & Oceania, is appointed SVP and Head of Business Unit Radio. Bansal has successfully applied his skills in technology and business across a number of markets and functions during his close to 20 years in Ericsson. Anders Lindblad, currently Head of Ericsson's region Middle East, is appointed SVP and Head of Business Unit Cloud & IP.
In his international career Lindblad has held a variety of positions in business development and commercial operation across countries and regions during his 17 years with Ericsson. Infosys Names Vishal Sikka as New CEO, Narayana Murthy to Step Down Vishal Sikka Infosys has appointed former SAP CTO Vishal Sikka, 47, as CEO. Infosys founder Narayana Murthy will step down as executive chairman, continuing as chairman emeritus. Dr Sikka will take over as CEO and MD from current chief SD Shibulal. Sikka will be the first non-founder CEO at Infosys. Sikka joined SAP in 2002 and became a member of the Executive Board in 2010. Before that, he has been the first CTO at SAP, and prior to that was SAP's Chief Software Architect.
Before joining SAP, he was Area VP for platform technologies at Peregrine Systems, and founded and led two start-ups - Bodha and IBrain Software. Wipro’s Board Members Leave Two of Wipro’s independent directors B.C. Prabhakar and Shyam Saran have conveyed their intention not to seek re-election in order to pursue other personal and professional interests. Dr Henning Kagermann, an independent director on the Board of Wipro Limited since 2009, has expressed his intent to resign in keeping with the regulatory requirements in Germany.
B C Prabhakar and Shyam Saran, who joined the Wipro Board in 1997 and 2010 respectively, will cease to be directors in July while Dr. Henning Kagermann's resignation will take effect within June. Twitter’s COO and Second-In-Command Ali Rowghani Resigns; followed by Media Head Chloe Sladden Ali Rowghani Twitter’s COO, Ali Rowghani, 40, has resigned. Twitter does not intend to replace him, and other members of the management team will assume the duties.
Rowghani will act as a strategic advisor to the CEO of Twitter. Rowghani joined Twitter in 2010 as CFO, eventually taking up BD and media responsibilities, being promoted to the COO role in 2012. He joined Twitter from Pixar Animation Studios, where he served for about eight years, most recently as the CFO. VP, Media, Chloe Sladden, who was reporting to Ali Rowghani, has also resigned. Sladden was responsible for guiding and managing the quality of Twitter’s content. She was responsible for media and entertainment partnerships as well as relationships with most influential users. Before Twitter, Sladden worked at Current TV as VP of Strategic Partnerships and Booz Allen Hamilton’s media and entertainment practice as a consultant.
Agilent Technologies Sees HR Leadership Changes; Appoints Retiring HR Leader to Board of Spin-off Company Keysight Technologies Agilent Technologies appoints Dominique Grau as SVP, Human Resources. Grau will succeed Jean Halloran, who has announced plans to retire at the end of the fiscal year, in October. Agilent Technologies announced plans to appoint Jean Halloran to the board of Keysight Technologies, the spinoff electronic measurement products company that comprises nearly half of Agilent.
Halloran has been SVP of Human Resources since the formation of Agilent in 1999. She served at Hewlett-Packard's Medical Products Group. Motorola Solutions Sees HR and Regional Leadership Changes Michele A.
Carlin, SVP, Human Resources and Communications, resigned from her position as an officer of Motorola Solutions to become EVP of the Center on Executive Compensation and the HR Policy Association. Christopher P. Ouimet will assume responsibility for human resources, and will be named Corporate VP and Acting Head of Human Resources.
Regional VP of Strategic Sales, Mark Paul, has left the company to join omnichannel solutions provider Starmount. With over 25 years of retail technology experience, Paul has extensive expertise in mobile computing and consultative technology solution sales.
Symantec Channels Sales Exec Leaves, Appoints APJ SVP Channel sales veteran Garrett Jones who was VP of Global Channel Operations at Symantec, has left the company. He has joined Spanning Cloud Apps as VP, Sales. With more than 20 years of experience in channel sales, business development and strategic alliances, Jones also spent time working for Dell across the US, UK, Ireland and Asia-Pacific region. Symantec named Adrian Jones as SVP for its Asia Pacific and Japan (APJ) region. Most recently he was the General Manager and SVP of Oracle Asia Pacific. Prior to joining Oracle he was SVP of Enterprise Servers, Storage, and Networking responsible for driving global customer relationships and channel partnerships at Hewlett Packard (HP) in Asia Pacific and Japan. Fiserv Board Chairman Retires, Long-Time Board Member Steps Up Financial services technology company Fiserv named Dan Kearney, 74, as its new Chairman, following the retirement of long-time chairman Don Dillon, 74. Dillon has been chairman since 2000. Kearney has been a director for fifteen years. He has an insurance and financial consultation background and also serves on the boards for MGIC Investment, the Joyce Foundation and Prudential Bank.
Kearney is a financial consultant and served as Chief Investment Officer of Aetna, and was President and CEO of the Resolution Trust Corporation Oversight Board. Xerox Appoints New President for Xerox Technology Division Jeffrey Jacobson Armando Zagalo de Lima, EVP of Xerox and President, Xerox Technology, and one of Xerox's named executive officers, will step down as President, Xerox Technology. He will be succeeded in that role by Jeffrey Jacobson. Jacobson joined Xerox in 2012 and most recently served as VP of Xerox Corporation and COO, Xerox Technology. Prior to joining Xerox, he served as Chairman, President and CEO of Presstek, and before that served as Corporate VP and COO of Eastman Kodak's Graphic Communications Group.

Prior to Cisco, she worked at Nortel Networks, Alteon WebSystems, and Shasta Networks in senior marketing and CTO positions. Ellis Jr., 66, has been a member of the Board since 2005.
Since November 2013, he has served as an Annenberg Distinguished Visiting Fellow of the Hoover Institution at Stanford University. Prior, he was the president and CEO of the Institute of Nuclear Power Operations. During his six years at SAP, Merritt rose to the position of EVP, global on demand applications, with responsibility for sales, consulting, business development and marketing functions globally for all SAP OnDemand and cloud-based applications. Open Text CFO to Retire Paul McFeeters will be retiring as CFO of Open Text. The company has engaged a leading executive search firm to appoint a successor on or before his retirement. McFeeters was appointed CFO of Open Text in 2006.
Samsung Telecommunications America Hires Former Leaders of BlackBerry, Disney, Nokia Samsung Telecommunications America hired Robin Bienfait, who was BlackBerry’s CIO until the end of 2012. The hiring is part of the company’s push into selling devices to governments and businesses. Samsung has also hired John Pleasants, who left Walt Disney’s interactive-media unit in 2013. Pleasants, a former chief executive of Ticketmaster and COO at Electronic Arts, will lead Samsung’s U.S.
Content and services strategy, focusing on existing offerings. Meanwhile, Mark Louison, a former president of Nokia’s U.S. Operations, was named SVP of Samsung’s wireless-network systems, charged with building market share in the U.S. Wireless-network industry. Louison, who was also previously responsible for selling Nokia’s network equipment in North America, left in February 2011. He most recently worked at the Boston Consulting Group. Infor Expands Leadership Team to Support Growth Matt Breslin Infor named Matt Breslin and Lisa Pope as SVPs of Platform Technologies and Cloud Sales respectively.

Prasad Thrikutam joined as President and Global Head of Application Services Division, from Infosys. He was formerly head of Infosys Americas and the global head for the $1.4 billion Energy, Utilities, Telecom and Services business unit. He was a senior member of the Infosys Executive Council and served on the boards of Infosys BPO, Infosys China and Infosys Public Services, and served as the global head for Strategic Sales, Marketing and Alliances. Thrikutam takes on this role from Ashutosh Vaidya, who moves into a full-time position as head of Global Delivery for Dell Services. Vaidya was VP & GM - Application and Business Process Outsourcing at Dell Services. Before that he served as VP & Global Delivery Officer - Applications & BPO at Dell Services and SVP & Global Head at Wipro BPO.
Joe Kremer, the long-serving managing director of Dell Australia New Zealand, is leaving the company to pursue other interests. US-born Kremer joined Dell in 2003 and managed the company’s ANZ operations from Sydney since 2005. He later added south-east Asia to his responsibilities. Angela Fox, VP of Services Business, Asia Pacific and Japan moved to VP & GM, Australia and New Zealand. Fox has 24 years of IT experience. She worked for IBM’s server division before joining Dell in 2007.
